Installation
Extract the Windows Installer file vpts-*.msi from vpts-*.zip to a folder, then run the vpts-*.msi file. If your computer does not have one of the mfc70u.dll, msvcr70.dll, or GdiPlus.dll, you may download them from http://dts8888.com/download.htm.
Uninstall
Run the same vpts-*.msi file again, or use Add/Remove Programs on the Windows Control Panel.
