
The filters node view
At the top left of the main window you'll find the Filters node view. Use this to add, remove, reconnect and select filters to the selected clip or track.
The currently selected graphic or clip (depending on the tab selection on the very top) is represented as a box or node with at the top of the node view and then there are nodes for all the filters that are connected to the graphic with lines showing how it all fits together.
- Add a filter
- Drag a filter from the media browser to just below a track, clip or filter in the filter node view.
- Insert a filter
- Drag a filter from the media browser to the line connecting a filter.
- Delete a filter
- Select the filter and press backspace or choose Delete from the Edit menu.
- Replace a filter
- Drag a filter from the media browser to the filter node you want to replace.
- Reconnect a filter
- Click and drag from the round little input button on top of the filter node to another node.
