The aim of the game is to control and place the falling blocks so that horizontal or diagonal combinations of at least three blocks of the same color appear.
Once a combination is formed, it will disappear and any blocks above it will collapse.
The sequence is repeated as long as new combinations are formed. A sequence of three collapses in a row is called a Trojka.
In Wizard Mode, challenging patterns are placed in the playing field formed by Wizard Blocks, marked with a golden border.
If you remove them all, bonus points are awarded, the field will be cleared and a new pattern appears.
In both Wizard Mode and normal mode, you can also create special Spider patterns, which are awarded with extra points.
If you reach the top of the screen, the game is over.
Use the arrow keys to move the falling block, press the space key to drop the block.

Trojka has been around since at least 1992. If you still own a pre-MacOSX machine, you could give the original MacOS version a spin.
