- First / Last buttons - take you to the start / end of the current
text
- Last Edit buton - takes you to the last text edited before the
last scroll
- Toggle View button - switches between entire manuscript and single
chapter views
- Format Copy button - opens a window containing a copy of the main
text. Normal Formatting is available but the main text remains unaffected.
This view allows printing.
- New Chapter button - create a new chapter by selecting the title
in your text and pressing this button. You will be asked to confirm the
title text. Titles must be unique so don't choose something that might appear
elsewhere in the text. For example, Anwar is not a good chapter title.
Chapter three - Anwar is a good chapter title.
- Yellow/Cyan/Green highlight buttons - select text then hit one
of these to highlight.
- Grey remove highlight button - select text and hit to remove any
highlighting.
- Statistics - total word count, total pages and current page number
are all updated automatically. The number of pages is calculated from the
words per published page value in the prefences for the document.
- Speech bubbles - click here to hear your text read. click again
to stop.
- Text Size slider - set the size of the main text; marginal text
will be automatically set to a slighter smaller size.
- Chapter Arrows - use these to scroll to next/previous chapters
- Category and Sub-Category interface - create category and sub-category
names to organise you notes.
- Notes button - opens and closes the notes drawer (you can only
open the drawer if you have made a category and sub-category selection
