Example - Issue Tracking
Here's an example of how to use Gluey as an Issue Tracking Application. Issue tracking is a way to capture reports of problems with a product and then to schedule it to be repaired. First, let's create a template of how we want to capture information about an issue.
Each Smart Tag represents a placeholder for information to capture. Each tag will have more specifc subtags. For example, #issues would have the various types of issues and priority would have the levels of priority.
With these tags, we can get reports with any combination tags. Selecting the main tags will include all of their sub-tags.
